Soil: Clay and limestone. South-East exposure with ample sunshine.

Age of vines: over 60 years old

Vinification: Hand harvest. Filling of the press by gravity. 48 hours settling and long fermentation at low

temperature (15/17C). Ageing on the fine lees for about 6 months. Bottled the following Spring.

Tasting Note: Brilliant white color. On the nose subtle aromas of citrus fruit and small white flowers. On

the palate the wine is very lively and round with lemon aromas on the finish. A wine, seduced by its

finesse and elegant simplicity.
