This cuvée conveys its territorial identity within Northern Italy. Produced from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Bianco, it is aged in bottle for at least 18 months. Straw yellow color and fine, persistent perlage with a floral and delicately fruity nose. Bread aromas stand out as a characteristic of refinement on the lees.
