Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats. The

wines are bottled after an ageing period of 10 months.

Tasting Notes: Dark red color with purplish highlights. On the nose, aromas of small red fruit with

candied notes. On the palate, the same notes are present, the tannins are light and there is enough

acidity to balance the fruit. This is a lovely, refreshing and easy-drinking red wine that shows best when

served with a slight chill.
