This classic amaro has seen a spike in popularity over the past decade. Why? We’re not terribly sure, but given the uniquely bitter profile of this aromatized wine, we’re on board. A “secret recipe” of herbs and fruits, such as chamomile, cinnamon, and rhubarb contribute to Fernet-Branca’s character.
